  • Pharmacy employee was incredibly rude

I went to cvs yesterday after being in the ER for 3 hours in the middle of the night. I was very tired and very sick with pneumonia and just wanted to get my meds filled fast and go home. The lady at the counter was so rude to me and was trying to make it seem like I was addicted to the "controlled substance" cough syrup that the doctor I had just come from seeing and prescribed me. Then refused to ring me up and said under her breath that she doesn't like junkies. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes after my prescription was filled for someone else to ring me up while my... • Worst customer service at CVS

One star! If I could give no star I would. This morning cvs customer service representative was so rude to me that I still can't get over and go on with my day. He was short, talked down to me and I felt scolded for not picking up my prescription last time they filled it in for me. He also without any kind of warning put me on hold and I was simply wondering what was going on. 5 minutes later I called again and asked for a manager and another lady on the phone gave me the same kind of arrogant attitude. CVS employees don't care about our complaints because there must be no... More...

  • CVS refuses to fill pain med prescriptions

I have recently undergone Total Knee Replacement Surgery. Even though I have been a customer of CVS for many years, on three occasions, CVS has refused to fill my valid prescriptions for pain meds. I have caught them lying about whether they have the meds in stock. I have sent emails to CVS complaining about their poor customer service, but they have not answered my emails. So, I have started doing business with Walgreens, (they have no trouble filling my valid prescriptions.) but I don't think that CVS should get away with this. It's come to my attention that CVS may be in... More...

First off I have read some of the complaints down below, It is a good thing i am not in the boat rowing upstream and getting no where. Today I think I have had it with my Pharmacy i have been with for almost 10 years and that is CVS . I know that the rules have changed on class 2 narcotics. But CVS Employee's think that people are stupid do not know anything. This has happened more the 1 once dealing with this and its probably not my last. I handed my prescription to the tech that runs the insurance and i should also mention that its the same pharmacist that has done this to me at... More...

  • "Unlimited" wait time

When I entered this morning at 9:50 and requested to verify my insurance co-pay status on the flu shot(I had paid previously for the shot, but my insurance agent told me it's free.), at that time there was no line and I was told to wait but the pharmacist started to receiving customers that came at the moment. After waiting 10 minutes I asked the pharmacist how much longer and I would return. His reply was "unlimited time." I had to call the manager to resolve the matter and ended up wasted one hour and 10 minutes there. There was no apology from this pharmacist for his... More...

  • CVS Caremark/ Deceptive

CVS Myrtle Beach, SC-The candy Displays for Valentines Day ALL say 'Keep it Sweet" I was mortified. Warren Jeffs of the Cult- Fundamenta Latter Day Saints, who are NOT recognized bu Church of Latter Day Saints because of The horrific things done to young girls and the mens many wives. This is NOT an acceptable practice. The young ladies were indoctrinated with" Keep it Sweet," by Mr. Jeffs. He is serving a life sentence for his acts of raping young girls. I'd suggest you find out who came up with that slogan, as it's been on TV over the last several months.... More...

  • CVS Pharmacy incompetent!

It took more than two weeks for my husband to get a $50 something dollar refund on an urgent prescription that he was told by Eduardo would only take a day or two. My husband had a prescription for a pain med after breaking his foot and brought in a script that was clearly marked by his primary doctor what the reason for the med was and to please put an urgent tar in. Eduardo told us he had run the tar and it was rejected. When we called the insurance company we were told no tar had been submitted but they could see that the meds were run through the system to be filled. So we went back to... More...

  • CVS WORST PHARMACY IN STL!

The pharmacy staff was rude and condescending. When I asked to receive a flu shot the clerk said: "just a minute"...she came back asked for my insurance card (Blue Cross/Shield) and stood punching numbers into the computer for 15 minutes. She looked at the computer, checked a stapled piece of paper with hand written numbers on it for the insurance numbers, asked for my drivers license, and took my insurance card to another clerk who was too busy to help. She had to ask two other pharmacy clerks for help. The clerk came back and said: "this card wont work". The primary... More...

  • CVS Pharmacy Customer Service is Horrible--Spend your $$ Elsewhere

I have been a customer of CVS Pharmacy (Silverlake Store/Pearland, TX 77584) since moving to this area over 7 years ago; and a customer of CVS in general for over 10 years. I am the type of person who spends money where I get the best customer service, and up until the last year they had excellent customer service. But recently they have changed over the entire pharmacy staff, and it is atrocious to say the least. There have been many mistakes such as almost giving me someone else%u2019s prescription, which was a narcotic. I only caught it when as I was walking away I realized the cost... More...

  • Can't Value Service

To Whom It May Concern, I am very unhappy with the way I was treated recently at your Store: # 2205 (aramingo) location. When we go to a Pharmacy we are not usually well and could use more empathetic people. I went to return a medication that my boyfriend was advised to purchase. I had the flu with achy symptoms and a fever. She gave him a decongestant. I wanted something else. So upon returning the item myself, she was quite harsh and rash. When I approached the counter there was a gentleman in front of me waiting for service. The woman who would later “help” me... More...

  • Pharmacy Customer Service

We have used CVS for several years. We have encountered just a couple other pharmacy problems over the years via telephone and one other in person and for that one we called it in about a year back, calling the 800 number, off the receipt, with our complaint. Never heard back on it. We switched CVS locations about 6 months ago due to ongoing road construction for our older location. We have encountered a few times now enough rudeness specifically by a couple of the pharmacist that we are probably going to change to the competition as enough is enough! Recently: this past Saturday... More...

  • CVS

On Sunday, I went to pick a prescrition at CVS at 3951 W. 103rd st. chicago, Ill. They told me my doctor did not call in the refill. I was suspecious because this was the fourth time I was told this same thing. My doctor's officer assured me each time that they had multiple times sent the fax and e-precribe. On Monday, I called my doctor and the told me they faxed it twice and e-precribed it once. I spoke to the Manager on Monday and was told again my doctor never sent it in to CVS. This was the first time I complained about the situation. Not one time was I offered a way from them to... More...

  • Pharmacy

On 2/9/10 I picked up a prescription for Pataday eye drops from CVS Pharmacy in Haverhill. When I arrived home I found a .5 ml bottle of Pataday in the package, and this being the first experience with this product I thought everything was fine, albeit very small and expensive. On 2/11 I was online with my health care provider when I noticed the prescription was for a 2.5 ml bottle and that is what CVS charged them and myself for. I immediately called CVS to alert them that they had sold me the wrong dosage. They adamantly denied that they had done so and claimed they do not sell the .5 ml... More...

  • pulling the plug on CVS

After over twenty years of using CVS pharmacy to fill percriptions for myself and my family, I have finally 'pulled the plug on CVS'!Initially I filled my perscriptions at the CVS pharmacy in East Bridgewater, MA. but after a new pharmicist arrived, I switched to the CVS in Whitman,MA. This change took place because of rude and outright cold, nasty behavior. CVS in Whitman, was fine for a while, until the pharmacist from East Bridgewater transfereed there. I grinned and beared it. Then one afternoon a women at the front counter was very rude to me and I called for the manager. He... More...

  • CVS who cares

I have been filling 2 monthly prescriptions with the CVS pharmacy located at Rt. 35 & Shrewsbury Av. for several months now, since I moved to the area. I requested that the pharmacy make an attempt to order my medications in advance, to avoid my having to make a minimum of 2 trips per month (1 to drop of prescription & another to pick up medication). I offered to telephone a week ahead of each dr's apointment, as I have been told it takes a week to order. This is an ongoing prescription - I have been taking the same medicaiton for nearly 2 years - additionally, the medications... More...
