Pharmacy employee was incredibly rude
I went to cvs yesterday after being in the ER for 3 hours in the middle of the night. I was very tired and very sick with pneumonia and just wanted to get my meds filled fast and go home. The lady at the counter was so rude to me and was trying to make it seem like I was addicted to the "controlled substance" cough syrup that the doctor I had just come from seeing and prescribed me. Then refused to ring me up and said under her breath that she doesn't like junkies. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes after my prescription was filled for someone else to ring me up while my husband and 4 year old son waiting for me in the car. It was very rude and I was very offended. This was unacceptable. It was about 10:30 at night she had blonde hair and a bad attitude. Very unprofessional and very insulting I was very offended by her actions and comments towards me and as a result of this I will not be returning to CVS
