"Unlimited" wait time - Hip prime HMO


When I entered this morning at 9:50 and requested to verify my insurance co-pay status on the flu shot(I had paid previously for the shot, but my insurance agent told me it's free.), at that time there was no line and I was told to wait but the pharmacist started to receiving customers that came at the moment. After waiting 10 minutes I asked the pharmacist how much longer and I would return. His reply was "unlimited time." I had to call the manager to resolve the matter and ended up wasted one hour and 10 minutes there. There was no apology from this pharmacist for his rudeness and the manager also did an incomplete assistance.
